Dell generally seem to have a good reputation and allegedly will configure the machine to your specific requirements.

Helena54 recently bought a new lap top but I've forgotten what she eventualy decided on I think she likes it tho.

My spec. is pretty much like yours Kell so do please tell us what you decide, thanks.

My o/h has a Dell computer set up in our office and we have had it for years only once we have had a problem with it. I have a Dell laptop which is brilliant I have had it a few years now and no probs. My o/h is on his 3rd laptop since I have had mine, he's had Toshiba, HP and now gone back to Dell.
