Dotty and Harvey (English Setter & GWP)

I took Dotty out today for her first grouse count. The grouse have been a little bit wild last week so didn't want to take her out until they had settled. They seemed a bit more settled over the weekend so thought I would tak her. She did really well. She knows what grouse scent is and working very well. I'll use her a couple more times and then will probably use her a lot for the brood counts.

Slipping this photo of Harvey, Tikka and Saker (Teal's mother and litter sister). They came out on the count yesterday and worked very nicely. It was nice seeing 3 gwp's working. Saker had a very nice point, which Harvey backed up but my camera was in the car!
