i have a staywell i ordered it ofline they have a site and you can get spare parts from them as well if you need them just put in staywell dog doors wouldnt be without it now. never had a problem with cats

Ours is the same as Mini's and I do know you can buy them with the sensors that fit on the dogs collar, same as the cat ones but we've never had problems with anything other than Cassie coming in. She does come through like it's a saloon door though LOL
