Which breeds did you meet and fall a bit in love with...?

For me it was the following, all of which I was thrilled to enjoy cuddles with!

Leonbergers (definitely want one!!)

Greater Swiss Mountain Dogs

Tibetan Mastiffs

I threw myself at the rottweilers. Met a gorgeous lad on the DD stand. Tilly took a real shine to him and insisted that he had his face washed! Then met another gorgeous boy who was also a Pets As Therapy Dog. Another one I would have happily smuggled away. Also met some lovely Beucerons. (spelling?) Lovely dogs, such nice nature and the man on the stand was very helpful and told us lots about the breed.

Well my family already have a bernese but I fell in love with them again! They are just the most lovely, friendly, gentle dogs ever. I don't know that I would ever own one myself (too hairy, slobbery, and not enough energy) but I am totally in love with the breed.

I looked at all the breeds I love the look of; valhunds, lapphunds, finnish spitz, elkhound, and as much as I love their look they just cant compare to the bernese

I met tilly and roxy..lol

The tibetian mastiffs were gorgeous.

My brother, his fiancee, myself and a friend had a wonderful time with two of them, the big red female and a black one also - they were the most affectionate, gentle giants

Oh no, I just realised I missed the rotties Usually have a big cuddle with them

Norwegian Buhunds (who were fat!!!)

Oh and so many. I basically love every dog I hugged....and there were a lot but I'm still hell bent on a toller, none of them changed my mind.

None of them look a thing like Kestral do they?! I'm starting to think she looks nothing like the breed standard - either that or they were very fat!!

No....they were fat! I innocently said, Oh my friends one looks quite different. She's smaller and not as fluffy.....to which the owner admitted that hers were fat Really sweet friendly dogs though She wanted to know who you got Kestral from (I mentioned that she was a different colour too) and they asked if you'd got her from Scotland. I said I had no idea!

She's an Arnscroft, from North Linconshire. I did have a chat to her yesterday but she wasn't very chatty with me They do all seem a bit fuller and fluffier than Kestral in general even in the show ring though!
