What is the hair like on their tails? I only ask as Maddy is docked but the bit of tail she has is really wirey, it's quite odd but the tails do seem to be quite uniform, unlike others, rotts e.g are all over the shop, high, low, curly, hairy, thick, whippy...

That could be because the caudal (sp?) gland is located around about where they are docked and the hair is usually rougher there. They are both different, Enzo's is quite wiry, but he had a cyst removed from his tail so that could also be the reason. Rossi's is quite smooth and longer, but his hair is longer than Enzo's.

Lol, thats probably so true!! We've got a huge corner sofa and somehow Monty manages to take up most of it!!

We introduced Monty to the Weim i used to look after last weekend and they got on like a house on fire. Was so nice to see them playing together!
