She is happy now. I hope she is anyway, she seems to be
She relies a lot on Cosmo. I think having Cosmo has helped her beyond belief...he is such a muppet and takes everything in his stride, so she follows his lead a lot especially in the house. She adores him.

Oh Cand D Daisy's coat looks so fluffy now...but those photos of Shamus. You are right it is definitely in the eyes. I think you deserve a very big well done.

you have transformed her life. of course she has had a part to play in it, but without you she would not have been given the chance.

so bien!! (oh i am so clever! )
and I get the French thing too

I would love to see the photo of your Leo
Again I think it is the eyes isn't it?

(oops sorry link dosent work - on f@cebook look for Dundalk Dog Rescue and the album before and after
Its the rescue that Mia came from with their before and after picks

Its funny you say about the eyes cos I did a listing in my online shop to help out the pound and made a collage of the before and after shots and the title was 'see the joy return to their eyes' it dosent matter about the condition of the fur or body its the change in the eyes that is the biggest difference
It is...you are right.

As everyone has already said, it's in their eyes. Dougal when we got him was such a depressed wee fella, now he's happy and bouncy.

Sorry, gotta say it...well done. She looks so much happier.

Here's Hoki 'the Blob' about 3 months after we got her (and already having lost 13 kg since she first went into the rescue centre)

And here are more recent ones of her....

Its taken more than 6 months (and two knee ops) but she's literally half the dog she was
