its the one about a writer, his wife has just died and he goes to live in his home by the lake. its a good book and a must read if you wont to read his newer books (which i have not got yet) as it hints a lot about the tower books, the book i read just before that was also a SK book and that 1 was about a boy and an old man that moved in up stares (also a must read before you read any of his new stuff).

as you can see im no good on names

Is it a new book? The one about the boy and old man is Hearts in Atlantis, also linked to the Dark Tower.

Salems Lot is linked to the Dark Tower books too, thats why I am reading it after finishing the DT books.

Quite Ugly one Morning by Christopher Brookmyer.

I really like all his books, but this is one of my faves, I have probably re-read it far too much

The last book I read was Graham Mastertons "Tengu", so now I have read everyone of his books that has been published in this country. Iv also read most of Stephen Kings and Richard Laymons. I really must do something about selling or giving away all the books that have accumulated on my shelves and around my bed. I cant sleep at night unless I have read for at least 1 hour.

The Other Side of the Story - Marian Keyes
Only a chic-lit whilst I was on holiday but I actually found it quite well worked and a very enjoyable read.
I haven't read anything else of hers but might search some out for future light reading.

I've got the Da Vinci Code which I was given for xmas but haven't got round to it. Strangely, religion and its machinations don't appeal at the moment.
