I am so delighted with the assistance I've had from the Social Work Dept. that I have complained to the Care Commission. The SWs here are a useless shower of plonkers (wanted to say something else there ).

I think you've no choice Snorri, (regardless of the house deeds) you've lived there a long time and she can't throw you out, you have rights just like anyone. I wish you all the best.

BTW once you are back in your proper house you could ring those wonderful social workers and ask them to pay for some further modifications, like a seperate front door, and a wall between her part and yours

LOL, Harvey! I don't think the social workers are going to talk to me, because I have just extended the war zone - I complained to the Care Commission about them, and have finally made contact with a reporter for the local bumwiper (I can always go farther later!). Threatening to confiscate my dogs was the last straw.
