Breagh not very well after her brawl

Moved from general chat as she's now a bit poorly.

Breagh's very very lethargic and in some discomfort. Not sure if the tiredness is because of her active day or if it's connected to the beating she took.

In addition to her neck which isn't really a lump - more of a large dangly area - she's drooling loads.

She did loose quite a bit of blood from the puncture wounds to the throat area but that's stopped. Her muzzle area / noze also seems sensitive although there's no visible sign of puncture wounds there.

It's more the lethargy and drooling that concerns me.

I posted in the other thread but will post here aswell.
The drooling can be down to stress but that could be down to what happend, Do you have a number for an emergency vet, maybe phone them and see what they suggest. I hope shes ok soon mate.

Bless her I think you need to keep a very close eye on her and get her to the vets first thing in the morning, if you dont have to phone him in the night.

Poor Breagh I would definately give the emergency vet a call. They will let you know if you need to take her in tonight or whether it can wait til morning.

I'd ring the emergency vet too, it could be the swelling in her throat that is causing her to drool but it is rather swollen so better safe than sorry.

Definitely ring the emergency vet. Dog bites can be really nasty things as far as infection goes. Drooling is often a sign of stress, but if her throat is infected then that could also be making her feel pretty sick

Poor little mite.

Hope she is ok.

Thats not a happy puppy. I was surprised to read one of the dog bit her Phil and it looks a nasty bite too, I agree with the others, puppies go down hill quickly, give the Vet a call and see what they suggest, hope she is ok.
