52 weeks today!

Loki has been fit-free for 52 weeks today!!! I can barely believe it - this is such a result and a huge record for him and I am SO happy.

I think it must be a combination of medication and diet and don't plan to change either in the near future.

Thanks guys I really am over the moon and if my Madlad understood, I'm sure he would be too. I never thought this would happen. There are no apparent side effects or damage from the bromide - I know we could think about reducing the dose but I'd rather leave it a bit longer than risk going back to square one and having Loki suffer from frequent fits again.

SO happy!

That's brilliant news! My Dalmatian, Poppy, has now gone 17 weeks. That is the longest she's gone since her first seizure, 3 years ago. It is since she started on medication for underactive thyroid. She was only going 2 or 3 weeks before that.
