Is there a certain amount that you take daily Christine?

Hi wolfie sorry to hear you're feeling bad. Just a suggestion but is there anywhere you could do some voluteery work? I know you don't feel up to it but i'v seen it make a whole lot of difference to a few people. Its taken their mind off stuff and almost gives a reason to be tired. It also gives a reason to get up in the morning. Obvously don't wear yourself down but eat well and try to get out. I find that the more i sleep the worse i feel. Only my opinions. Just hope you are feeling better soon.xx

Thanks for your replies everyone. I am on the mend, but it's gonna take a bit of time. I'll be back to my 'normal' self sooner than you all think
