Big Ouch!!!!!!!!!!

Im such a fool, i only went and just fell down the stairs, was carrying washing and slipped, im ok, just bruised, ooouuch!

Oh Gems what you like, I know how you feel. I did the same a few years back but i was carrying a plate and a cup down, I just had socks on and slipped top to bottom. But i wasnt as lucky as you, I ended up smacking my elbow on the wood down the edge of the wall/stairs and being taken to A&E at 10pm i was eventually sent home at 7am after decided it wasnt broken
