Yes it was worth it, although the washing up dulled the feeling a bit.

ian you should of made a few small ones and put them in the freezer and took them out when you wanted a meal

Hello Bluemerle lover, I could have done that but I don't really care for frozen home mad meals, I think they always have an odd taste about them, apparently a few other people have also found this too - I thought I was just been picky.

Looks very yummy, i must agree ready meals are yuk, i don't like meals frozen, my dad always makes two or three of things when he cooks and freezes them, i don't like it much though, fresh is nicer, good on ya for making the effort though ian i think if i were in your situation i would be on the phone to the take away every night. xxxx

You could do with a good neighbour like Emily Bishop in Coronation Street that will cook an extra pie or something and bring it round for you couldn't you?
