The only people who comply with the no-dogs (or on-lead only) are the resposible people who pick the poo up anyway! The idiots who leave it are the ones who will ignore the signs too. So, unless they can enforce the rules, the only people who get punished are the good guys!

I have been to the prom locally today, they have bins every 50ft or so, still doesn't stopped the bad owners leaving their dogs poo on the path and surrounding areas. I was speaking to a man and his dog about it, we said bags are cheep enough, I buy Nappy sacks fron Tesco (value) £0:57p for 300 no excuses excepted for not picking up, would report anyone I saw not doing so.

i always pick up my twos poos but since the bad weather alot of walks have been park walks as the fields are far to sluddgy i dont mind getting muddy but this was ridiculus and i cant believe the amount of poo there is in the parks and even around the roads in my village there are plenty of dog bins so really no excuse
