A good article. It is a good one to refer to when someone tells you that mutts have hybrid vigor. Get a mutt, love him, but don't be misled.

Good read.

I find the whole topic really interesting, I am forever being told that CKCs are really ill dogs and have this that and the other wrong with them... in 14 years we've had one broken leg after he was chased onto the road by another dog. Not bad for a disease ridden breed.
