Amazing and frightening isn't it.

They look lovely all dolled up for the opera.

Thank you. We are a very close family (even if separated by thousands of miles!) My kids are my world but will tell you I think more of my dog than I do of them lol!

They have this 'awesomeness scale' thing going on where they vie for awesomeness points with MUM. Short form is awm.

I get emails telling me of their latest exploits and suggesting the number of awesomeness points it might deserve!

They also fight about who is mum's FAVOURITE CHILD. Signing themselves off 'number unero child' or 'number 1 child' or 'the child who loves you MOST' Also fight and argue about 'who gets the dog' when I die.

They will refer to themselves variously as 'number 1 child' or 'number 1 awm child' all totally NUTS of course and cannot think WHERE they get it from!

I do love my kids!

They sound amazing, where do the years go? I remember my mum saying they go faster as you get older, the years that is, she wasn't wrong!

Best years of your life is when your kids are babies and then youngsters growing up. I reckon anyway!

I have to say nite nite and discipline myself to go and do some work now. And leave looking for the elusive PUK code to unlock my mobile until tomorrow. It is SO tempting to go dip in the pool instead though
