Thank you all for your kind words and shoulders to cry on. I have calmed down now. I want to get some time at the weekend to take Dougal a long walk on my own to clear my head. Sometimes that's what it takes for me.

Being at cadets was a help cause we were cleaning the detachment ready for closedown for the holidays. We had our deputy commandant west down as well, he said he admired me for running the detachment with no other adults in attendance. He has offered to help once a month which is great.

Dougal has just come in, he must have done a poo, cause he having a celebratory poo zoomie
