Cricked my neck last night so I'm in agony this morning and can't turn my head to the left at all. Felt like I woke up every five minutes in pain last night.
Anyone have any quick fixes for it?

Poor you Julie, you ought to come with me today then coz I'm off to see that man in his garden shed for my rub down! I'm hoping he'll be a tad gentler than last week, and I'll try to be a bit quieter, coz he said his wife would wonder what on earth he was doing to me in that shed with all my oooohs and aahhhhhhs! Lol!
