Absolutely disgusting. Thank god you heard him, poor Boo. Agree, take photos of the shed and report them to the RSPCA though sadly the way this country seems to work you will probably find yourself in more trouble for damaging their shed than they will for trying to murder your cat.

I'm affraid so the country has gone to the dog's so to speak, and the law protects the criminal now days.
