Toasted Sandwiches

We got given a toasted sandwich maker for Christmas and I used it for the first time today but the only things I could think to put in the sandwich were either cheese or beans or a combo of both.

So what fillings do you put in your toastie sandwiches??

So is it literally anything goes?!? Or are there things that shouldn't go in?

The booklet says that you can also put filo pastry in it to make pastie type snacks.
