Grace - Border Collie
The beautiful Grace is a lady of more mature years.
She is a glourious colour with sabling around her face.
Grace came to Wiccaweys from Huddersfield dog pound, where she was on the list to be PTS. Her history is that she came from Hungarian Owners, so only speaks that language! She is coming on nicely with her English commands and will be bi-lingual very soon!
Grace is a calm, sweet girl who enjoys a cuddle as much as she enjoys her little bit of independance. She has settled in well with the rest of the retirement home residents, and isn't bothered by the cats or the chickens. Gracie likes to sneak up stairs to snaffle the cats food and sleep outside the bedroom door.
Grace would make an ideal companion for someone.
Grace has been with her foster home now for 6 months and is still patiently waiting for the right person to come along. Poor Gracie has had no interest in her at all and she is such a lovely lady.

*All Wiccaweys dogs are vaccinated, neutered where appropriate, microchipped, flea-treated and wormed before leaving for their new homes.
*All dogs are carefully assessed within a home environment, no Wiccaweys dog is kennelled.
*All potential new Guardians are required to fill in an adoption application form and a homecheck will be carried out.
*All successful new Guardians are required to sign
an adoption contract.
*Lifetime advice, commitment and support to rehomed dogs and their new Guardians.
*Help and advice is available to all.

I had a quick look at the Many Tears site today, bad move.....there were 3 x 8 week old cocker pups, sadly born hermaphradites, so the breeder 'gave' them away as they couldn't sell them

She lives happily in her foster home at the moment and is currently showing the ropes to the puppy who is the newest addition to the home. She has been very sweet with him and has tolerated all sorts of puppy behaviour.
Her foster mum would love to see her settled in a new home where she can be comfortable and relax for the rest of her days.

Apparently she chased the cats and they were too scared to come downstairs. A little odd as she has fostered for 9 months with cats and no problems and when she hopped out of the car came face to face with Glory the rescue cat and just sniffed round her and walked off!!! She had her new home for all of 1 week.
Still we only know what we are told. Anyhow the bottom line is Grace is looking for a forever home once again and I really hope someone deserving of her comes along soon.

aww this is really sad poor beautiful girl having to look for another new home i realy do hope someone gives her the home she needs
