2.2lb loss this week and very happy with that as I was away on holiday and was enjoying myself so wasn't watching closely what I ate at all.

Well done, I stayed same last 2 Saturdays but didn't get this week but stood on my aunties scale yesterday and they said I'd lost 2lb, so fingers crossed this Saturday when I go. I need to be extra good because I went to a tea party yesterday and there was lots of cake and I ate it

Well done Mandy, a treat now and then won't harm you actually helps to stay on the diet I am finding.

I agree Julie, you have to have a treat otherwise you get bored, that's what I think xx

Weighed myself today and I have lost exactly 4 stones since January 1st.

Had a nice bit of tintern cheese as a treat and will be back on the diet straight afterwards !

Yay - congratulations Julie!

I am absolutely stuck with 50kg the lowest I can get and then my weight goes up to 56.5 again. It annoys me as I know I am not overweight but my excess is all in boobs and belly and no way can I get those to look like I am less than at full term pregnancy, and I really really do want to get back to the weight and size I was just a few years ago.
