for my mummy

Mum works for a not for profit organisation who do student accomodation and affordable housing.

She was originally taken on as a Customer Service Advisor but since joining has done the job of assistant manager as opposed to that of a CSA.

Well mum's manager has said she's going to put her in for a regrade so she can be promoted to Assistant Manager. Her job wouldn't be any different to what she's doing already but earning £8,000 a year more than she does now!!

This is just what we need, mum works damned hard to keep us and at present I'm not in a position to pay her any board. I'm really hoping she gets this promotion as she really deserves it and it'd relieve so much stress for her!
