I have to take back the vets being rude.

I was hoping that I could borrow someones puter today when I went round to their house so I could press enter to do paragraphs, but alas their computers broken, so it has to be one giant one , but I now know why the vets didn't email me back, I got a card through the post today, and in it was written 'Many thanks for your email to let us know about Harmony ~ I am so sorry to hear of your loss. You cared for her very well and obviously had her best intrests at heart. Please let me know if we can do anything to help you during this time. Thank you again, and warm words , is it bad to admit that when I read this I had a tear or two?
