Yes they can, one of Harvey's girls does. The smell that is given off when they are preggers is very similar to one of when they are in season and lots of males are attracted to it, as I know only too well

Just back from the vet, they think it may be a urine infection mimicKing a season smell. So she has anti biotics and we have to get a pee sample to take in for testing.

She has been quite depressed yesterday and this morning so yes I think she is feeling very off, not our usual happy bouncy girl at all.
