Amazing photos from the photography Journal.

Bought the Photography Journal yesterday in hope that it would inspire me with my photography projects and it did just the trick. Some of the photos in there really really stunned me so thought i would share them here. All photos have been taken from The British Journal of Photography published 6/9/06

These are from an article on The Sunday Times Magazine celebrating the continuing legacy of its legendary front covers

Photo- Copyrite Snowdon

US Marines in Hue, Vietnam 1968- photo copyrite of Don Mc Cullin

Copyright Don Mc Cullin- This photo is the one that particuarly struck me. I find it hard to look at it, just find it really shocking. I don't fully understand the photo or i think i would find it even worse. But it sends shivers down my spine!

Copyright Tom Stoddart

Copyright- Jon Nicholson

These photos are also in the journal but arent part of the SUnday Times magazine article

The Fall of the South Tower- September 11th 2001.

Janice Morgain visits the grave of her husband Sgt. Carl Morgain an Alpha company member of the Pennsylvaia Nation Guard, who was killed by a suicide bomber. March 06

Hope you like these photos as much as i do!
