Does any one know.......

What type of car/van this is ?

This is my mum (as a child) and my nan in the car and I just wondered what type of car/van it was ? Mum says theye were the first family in their street to have a vehicle can you imagine that

Ive never even heard of such a vehicle before :smt017

Maximum speed was 35 mph I cant even drive that SLOW!!
