Aww, sorry you are feeling down. Hopefully you will be able to keep pain free with meds,but I do know that if you have been given exercises to do to strengthen your muscles by the physios, then try to do them as much as possible. I know that stronger muscles will help with your mobility as they will take the strain better ( I think thats right). I know its not quite the same, but Gelert had nerve damage and she walked much better after lots of physio driven movement to bulk her muscles back up.
Anyway, I'm sending hugs and positive thoughts to you.....hope they soon have you flying. x
