dog leads

can someone recommend a very very strong dog lead i have gone through so many ive tried bungy rope leads theve snapped normal leather leads they have snapped,and today while out with cheyanneanne guess what the horse lead i have for the boys snapped right clean in the middle i nearly dies cos chey was of lead and what frighned me was firstly he was of lead and there and theres a park where the kids were playing footy i thought the worse but i said to chey stop and he sat while i managed to link though what lead was left so can anyone recommend a strong dog lead

I'm buying another lead - a shorter one than I have now - everything is custom made to fit!

I think they are really decent prices too, and had mine within a few days of paying

yes mackleback tried chain leads there no good either when the boys pull there like steam train i thought the horse lead would of lasted but it hasnt just been on to the horse society club and they sell horse leads which they use on shire horses so im going to have a butchers at one of those,i was really proud of chey for staying put normally when he sees a ball he wants to play with it but beings they were little children i didnt want chey frighning them but he didnt move at all.
just be on the sight hevvur im going to order a lead from him so ive got one as a spare when out dont want to be frightned like this again

aww thanks for your help im just glad it snapped on the fields and not on any walking pavement going to walk the boys double leaded from now on

Good luck. I hope you manage to find one that wont break...it must be scary when it happens. I must be lucky with Tysons lead....it seems to have lasted, even with a 10+ stone lump on the end of it.
