Ouch and Ouch

I am in agony,I think I have either pulled a muscle or have a trapped nerve in my neck & shoulder.
Every time I move my arm or head it hurts like hell,II'm off to bed in a bit with a hot water bottle & painkillers.

Ouch! Don't blame you hope it resolves soon. I got a frozen shoulder once and I couldn't even lift my arm up it was so painful so I know how you feel!
Take care, that'll teach you to clean up your daughters bedroom! You can blame her now lol!

Oh dear I can sympathise.

I've a trapped nerve in my shoulder / neck and for the last month i've had a really painful arm.

Word of warning (although you'll know what feels best) some trapped nerves get worse if you apply a hot water bottle as the warmth causes whatever is trapping the nerve to expand and 'pinch' more.
