Just had the fright of my life!!!!

Opened the back door for the dogs to go have a wee, Diesel didn't want to go out but Ruby did so, came and sat back down, Diesel by my side, Ruby in the garden a few minutes pass, i go to call Ruby in.......no Ruby

Now as some may remember she broke the fence to next door so she could chase the cats through there, this has now been repaired so she couldnt get through there, i check it anyway, no, fence is fine......WTF?????? :smt017

Heart now pounding, i'm calling her, there is a knock at the front door, i run to answer it...... no-one there step outside to have a look..... RUBY!!!!!

At the bottom of the garden is a bench.....you can guess the rest!!!

There is a road outside my house!!!

Thank god its not a busy one.

Bench will be being moved in the morning!!

OMG what a nightmare. Thank goodness she's ok. As previously said, a strong drink is in order

I'm just glad she came straight round to the front door and managed to knock the letterbox, its like living with a mini pony, maybe we should take up agility

definetly a strong drink, I had similar incident with bruno last year, where i thought he was in the house, called him and he didnt come,,,,,,,opened the front door and he was sitting on the front door step !!!!! had gone out when hubby had nipped out to the car and we didnt notice. so lucky he decided to wait it out at the front door.

You just wouldnt think of it, to look at her, compared to Diesel, who is taller and more athletic and energetic, she is shorter, lazy and a little chunk, yet D has never tried anything like that, not even the gates, which she clears with ease

What a heart stopper, sounds like she'd do well at agility though lol!
