So sorry to be reading this terrible thread from you Jackie, I know and hope they'll do everything they can to bring your boy back to good health. Times like this you honestly think it couldn't get any worse, but you have a brilliant vet Jackie, they'll sort it, even though the state you saw him in you don't think that at the time, but they will, and I'll be praying like mad for you that they do.

Years ago when Cassie ate that poisoned bait, she collapsed on us like that, couldn't walk straight and she had blood gushing out of her rear end, and by the time we got her to the vet again (when they opened at 8.30 am) we didn't hold out much hope, but after 5 days on a drip, we got her home again, so I for one, know just what they're capable of, so let that be of some comfort to you.xxxxxx
