i watched a couple of mins of the film.
evil sick bitch, (and what i want to say would be not allowed on here) she needs treatment as this behavior will carry on when shes older.
as for grounding her. well put it this way shes lucky shes not my daughter. id strip her bedroom bare of any luxurys. no phone/tv or anything else. leave her to read a book on how to behave like a decent person. and ground her for at least a month. and that would be for starters.
i hope the poor little dog will be able to trust ppl again. not all humans are as nasty as her.
