Fish4Dogs salmon complete, crumbed kibble!

Anyone else had a bag of this which is like a bag of crushed digestive biscuits????!! What's going on then?? I've rung them but they're in a meeting at the moment so will get back to me, but I'm loathe to even unwrap the bag I've just had delivered coz it felt like carrying a bag of biscuit crumbs????

Really? How odd, mine has been fine...

My last two bags of Arden Grange Performance were the wrong kibble shape and size (much smaller than normal) and when I rang them it was something to do with the manufacturing process (sorry, can't remember what they said), so it could be something similar.

Ooh, that doesn't sound right. I have just bought a new bag, (small bite) and it is fine.

If your bag is made up of crumbs from the floor then I am sure that Fish4dogs will be very quick to replace it.

They did ring me back, they were very nice about it and couldn't understand it either, and said they'd probably sent me a bag of the small kibble even though I had actually ordered the regular (so not my fault this time!). They're picking it up on Friday and sending me a normal bag of regular.

I've had the smaller kibble before by mistake, but this is really different, no matter where I squish the bag, it just feels like crumbs, I can't feel any big bits of kibble anywhere, and that was my first thought Sally, it's the sweepings off the floor!
