Off to run an errand this morning, which means I get a bit more time on here.....ssshhh, don’t tell anyone.

Off to Tesco after work, and yes, I do enjoy food shopping..... sad old bint that I am

Morning Vicki, morning all, blowing a hooley here this morning, but am glad its Friday, My mum is coming to stay tonight as we are off on a meditation day tomorrow, never done it before so should be interesting.

Very warm out there this morning.
I felt so cold and slept most of yesterday as really did not feel right at all. Today I feel very shakey and hot but I've just checked my tempreture and thats fine so hopefully it will soon pass as really felt I was going to keel over trying to walk the dogs this morning.

We've just been entertained by Cassie doing full blown zoomies! She came in through the dog flap like a complete hooligan, round the coffee table about a dozen times, up stairs, back down again and is now lying at John's feet smiling

Well the wind howled all night, and what speeds....brought down next door fence in the back garden......watch this space to see if they repair it
Good training for the dogs to stay out of thier garden
If they do anything like thier son down the road, they will stack full black bags there to stop them

Feeling very ill today, cold and flu syptoms I think - just got back froma walk with the dogs, the good news is Louie's recall is getting better, the bad - I have hardly a voice to shout him

A bit of porridge and I should be ok, I think

Diet begins today too, weighed myself for the first time in a while and got a fright! TIme to do something!
