HELP!!! Key ports or something :S

help,
I'm trying to sign into msn and my hotmail account but it just keeps troubleshooting to KeyPort - what can I do about it? Have an email that I need to read asap

ive had this problem what i do is a system restore to a day or so back then i find i can sign in with no probs click on accesories then system tools then restore point
