I got the idea after reading about a woman who had been having problems with an iron and after she got it back the third or fourth time after it having been "fixed" during the guarantee period and it still did not work properly, she got totally piddled off so wrote to the MD of the company concerned saying:

"My iron she no work. Your peeples no make it work. My husband he no happy."

She got a new iron and I got the idea of doing it with honey rather than vinegar!
