How come everybody has these lovely pictures posted and I can't even get mine u. I have them the right size and they are jpeg but I keep getting messages that tell me they are too big or that they need to be jpeg. and about thos ones in the messages they are really good. And what about those animations? How do I do it and what am I missing?

if you mean the avaters the pictures under our names then i can never work them out either. i always email mine to azz and he kindly does them for me and i am sure he would do it for you if you cant do it. as for animations and smilies we go to websites and copy and paste them here i will send yu some links if you want
