back to carpet

Well I've had laminate flooring down in the living room for about two years now - and I love it, looks lovely and easy to wipe muddy doggy footprints off of, very practical. Now Olive was always a wee bit wary of it, but recently she has decided that she is just not going to walk on it anymore. She scurries across it in a blind panic and I'm so worried that she is going to hurt herself. We have rugs all over but it doesn't seem to make her any better.

So I've went out and bought a carpet. It's now lying half in the bedroom, half in the hall waiting to be fitted - the guy who is going to fit it is really busy just now, so I'm just hoping he can fit me in soon. The Christmas tree won't be going up until the carpet's down .

Olive is oblivious to the hassle she causes :smt075 .

It will be a lean Christmas in our house - no presents for Olive :smt019

Lel, I really should wrap up the carpet and put a big bow on it, for Olive .

Lel, that's what I'm worried about - Olive has a tendency to be a piddler when she gets excited .

Archer, she is a master of the guilt-trip. She definately knows how to wrap us round her little finger (paw).
