I've just had a letter from the credit card company asking usif we want to increase our credit, I threw it in the bin.

lol, mine are tossers they just raise it and notify me its been raised, even when i purposely lowered it a few months earlier.

My daughter had to wait about 6 months for a mortgage to come through when she wanted to buy a house because she did not have a credit history. She got a credit card, spent £100.00 paid it off and then had a credit history and got her mortgage, Seems like a funny world to me but as an ex debt counsellor I advised her th do it.

bet you've met lots of people in major touble than because of credit cards ect.

I did but I don't do it any more but do you know that you can get 1500 credit cards in Britain alone? I did have a client who had about 55 one time. I earned my pay with him

Yer. Took me all day to work out how much he owed. Haven't done it for a couple of years now. We took out the biggest loan ever and bought a caravan park. People come in and hand over money to me now and they smile while they do so
