how do i create a watermark

i am looking into creating a watermark for my pictures,i am not sure how i would go about it and if it is free or not thanks in advance

If you place the image you want to watermakr in word. Right click on it, format picture, and under the 'picture' tab you should see 'image control/colour' and a drop down box next to it, select watermark and your done

i couldn't do it i can get the picture on then i click watermark and i can only get another picture up i want to protect my pictures from being copied if that makes sense i want to see the picture with text across it i hate computers

Hmm so your just getting another picture come up? Oh i think i know what you mean.

Try right click on the picture then select format picture, go to the 'layout' tab and slect 'behind text' OK that and you should be able to type over it, if you start typing and notice it doesn't work just right click and do it again, it may have defaulted back by accident.

OR put the picture in, then go to inert/picture/wordart type 'copywirhgt' or whatever and that will automatically go over the front of the picture.

yes you can. If you push the print screen button and then paste it into 'paint' then just cut out the actaual photo bit and save it as a .JPEG or .BMP (whish it will do automatically) then it is an image, which you can upload onto photobucket
