Blackie's walk and swim

well we went for a very expensive walk today. we took the dogs to somewhere we go a few times a week - a common that borders the sea. blackie was playing ball when we noticed he had cut his front leg badly. so went straight to the vets. he has had 3 staples and antibiotics. got a collar on and now is on light exercise only. back to vets on monday. we will be crating him at bedtime to stop peggy touching his leg.

all in all an expensive walk. vets bill was £113

My first day as a dogwebber and I can sympathise with your expensive walk - Jake got too close to the horse this evening (I was trying to be clever and combine walkies with horse dinner time) now he's got to have dentistry tomorrow with full sedation ... don't know what the vets bill will be yet but I'm just very glad it wasn't much worse. I have a feeling Jake won't be socialising with the horse again soon.
