Buying/Selling Houses North Wales
Does anyone know how the housing market is up there? Are houses selling well or are they having to drop their prices? I'm thinking of around Conwy, Colwyn Bay, Llandudno area.

I think it's like anywhere and it depnds on the price bracket and specific areas.
You thinking of moving up that way or a holiday home?
Some of the property is pretty reasonable.
Have you been on the rightmove website?

i have a couple of north wales property websites if you want them
but house prices are rising here
and they seem to be seeling quite fast
