Living in another Country?

Have any of you ever thought of moving to another Country?

Oh yes our plans were to retire to Canada as most of my family live there, but the only way we can do it at "our age" is to buy a business there and employ at least 5 people,despite the fact we would be going with quite a lot of money and able to buy a house cash,and neither of us have any health problems,Cant go for family sponsorship as they are cousins. Looks like its plan B buy a house in Leicestershire.

Yes, done it, many members on here have done the same, I'm never going back to the UK (unless persuaded by a very special person, and since he doesn't exist and never will - I'm staying!)
It happens to suit me and my only regret is that I didn't do it years ago.

Thought about it but my best move was getting out of Essex and coming to Somerset! I feel like I'm in another country here lol!

We moved to Spain a few years back now - 5 I think There are a lot of things I miss, mostly family and friends! I go through stages where I hate it here, but usually a trip back convinces me otherwise

Ive moved to Denmark and hate it...cant wait to move back to the UK. Danes are weird

Yep, came to Ireland this April, not been here for very long I know, but I totally feel like I belong here, so much space and so much peace and quiet

The only place I've ever wanted to move to was Scotland and I will one day.
Had the opportunity to move to France as my folks moved out there a few years ago and had a house built. They bought extra land for a house to built for me.
It's not my dream though it's theres. My life and friends are here, I don't want to leave that.
