Boomer Photo Update

He is getting at just about the right weight now...stocky, and filling out good.

He spends more time in the air than on the ground..hahahaha






Shhhhhhhhhhhhh....Please don't tell Boomer because he knows nothing about it yet...hahahaha....but he may be getting a new friend to sleep with..............

OMG at that last pic As if I wasn't jealous enough of your gorgeous, fantastic Boomer, now you go and show that to me!!!!! Awwwwwwwwww is all I can say to that cute little monkey at the bottom - good luck! My lips are sealed lol!

He looks quite heavy, but a lovely dog!

He is heavy, not fat...average Mal male is supposed to be from 55-75 pounds, Boomer is right at 98...most of the Mals we work with, you can throw them around like a ferris wheel when they clamping down on a sleeve...You won't throw him around like that...hahahah

Its entirely up to you how you keep him, but for me he is overweight, quite a bit. Weight guides are just that, a guide. He looks a happy chap though.

Nice dog, but he's fat.

Very true about the weight guides. Some of the guys on the department say the same thing but when we go to the training field, he hits harder and covers a 100 yards faster than any of their "skinny" dogs....hahahahaha....Think I will leave him just as he is...He is doing just fine.
