WOW Gobsmacked

I have lost half a stone on my first week of the slimming world plan. I have never eaten so much in all my life either .
My friend was amazed as she has seen all I have eaten and can't believe you can lose weight on that amount of food.
I know you always lose more in your first week or two and then it slows up, but it was a marvellous incentive and kick start to getting all this weight off.

Well done! I think slimming world is excellent as, like you say, you can eat loads and still loose weight so you actually enjoy the food and can carry it on without feeling you are missing out.

I think slimming world has more success than other diets as it's more of a life change than a fad diet.

Yes your right and you don't have to starve between tiny meals. You can have huge meals and pick at stuff as much as you want between.
No counting calories or counting points either.
