courses in canine behaviour

I'm looking at doing an on line diploma in canine behaviour,
have been looking at various courses available on line, anyone done one?
Any advice at which one is best/ most recognised?
Will it actually help in working with dogs, and finding a job with dogs?

Any study and theoretical knowledge will give you a better chance of finding a job than a person with no knowledge.
