Welcome Banners

Okay, hope I am posting in the right bit here.

A lot of Dogwebbers have their own banners with welcome messages and their dogs pics on them which are posted in particular on the Introductions section for Newbies. I love them and would like to know how to go about doing this please?

I have asked before so forgive me, but cannot find the thread I asked it in (DOH! )

Hope you all know what I am on about!!!

Any good photo editing software can do most of it for you depends on what you want to.
Photoshop is the best it will do everything you want to do
