Well at present we are in Limbo on what to do, Florrie is only 5 months and needs a lot of attention, could we give it to a kitten aswell, we have the rest of the week to consider, but i'll keep you posted anyway

another approach... suggest u go stay cos they want to see florrie, then say when you go, 'oh mum! look at these!' that way she's there!

I don't know to be honest, but I think kittens would need less than a puppy and when we got our cats, they just sort of did their own thing and came to us when they wanted it. They're much more independent and 'leave me alone' than dogs.

Thanx for the advice everybody.
My mum isnt againts the idea of having another cat, but it is just the fact that Florrie is still only 5 months old, and still very wild, still needing a lot of work and time, and adding a kitten to the mad house, could end disasterouslly.
There is still a few days till they go up for sale, so we shall just have to see, also if we did breed florrie, we would probably want to keep a puppy, and i am not sure we could cope with 3 dogs and 2 cats.
Infact anyone out there got multiple dogs and cats, if so what is it like to have so many in your house.

i have 3 dogs and 2 cats and its fine here, the cats dont take up much room at all and they are both MC.
