BELFAST, IRELAND—Alexandra Lightfoot was one of three Belfast City Council dog wardens to give evidence in Belfast courts in the case brought against Lennox, the six-year-old bulldog/Labrador Retriever who’s a service and therapy dog for a 12-year-old severely disabled girl.

The Belfast government has condemned Lennoxbecause he looks like a pit bull although he’s not a pit bull. They’ve decided he MIGHT bite someone sometime but then so could any other dog.

Dog warden Alexandra Lightfoot testified under oath that Lennox was “one of the most aggressive dogs” she had dealt with in the course of her 25 years’ experience.

But Alexandra Lightfoot lied while she was on the witness stand.

She took an oath to tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

But Alexandra Lightfoot lied about material facts in a death penalty case.

When fraud has been perpetrated on the court such as in the manner undertaken by Alexandra Lightfoot, an employee of the Belfast City Council, the case must be dismissed, the judgment vacated.

In this situation, it means that Lennox must be immediately set free, returned home. It’s not discretionary. That’s what the law mandates.
